Sourance is a brand of honour-media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the USA. We are the controller for the personal data described here.

We are based in the USA. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to us when we offer our services to people in the EU.

What we collect and why

Technical operation. The hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser or device information to deliver the website, diagnose errors and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a reliable and secure website.

Fonts. This website loads Geist and Geist Mono through Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes requests to Google and sends technical information such as your IP address. Google may process that information outside the European Economic Area. Google’s privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Contact form. We store your name, work email, company or website, whether you represent a brand or agency, your optional message, the page language and submission time. We use these details to handle your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business enquiries; our legitimate interest is responding to those enquiries. The form is voluntary, but a name, email, company and role are required to submit it.

What we do not do. We use no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. We do not build profiles. We make no automated decisions about you. We do not sell your data.

Where your data is stored and who receives it

Hosting and form storage. We use Lovable Cloud for the website infrastructure and contact-form storage. The database for form submissions is configured in its European region (Paris, France). This describes the database location, not a guarantee that all hosting, technical logs, support access or processing takes place exclusively in Europe. Access to enquiries is restricted to authorised operators and infrastructure providers as needed.

No automatic email notifications. Submitting the form saves your enquiry; it does not send a notification to the founders’ Gmail mailboxes. Your submission is not sent to an AI model for analysis. A personal reply, if made, is separate from the form submission.

We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.

International transfers

Form submissions are stored in the European database. Our company is based in the United States; the database location does not rule out access from outside the European Economic Area or other international processing by infrastructure providers. The applicable arrangements must be considered separately from the storage region. Contact us with questions about recipients or international processing.

How long we keep it

Contact-form records are stored for a maximum of 12 months from submission and are then automatically deleted. Daily deletion may remove a record slightly earlier so that this maximum is not exceeded. You may request earlier deletion using the contact details below.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the data we hold about you (Art. 15); have it corrected (Art. 16); have it deleted (Art. 17); restrict its processing (Art. 18); and receive it in a portable format (Art. 20).

Right to object (Art. 21). Where we rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then stop, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the data for legal claims.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. You can do so in the EU country where you live or work, or where you think the breach took place.
